The Teaching Academy was very excited to kick off the first fall Lunch & Learn session on Wednesday, September 28, from 12-1pm with an invited guest speaker, Dr. Neil Osheroff. Dr. Osheroff is a Professor of Biochemistry and Medicine at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and John G. Coniglio Chair in Biochemistry. Dr. Osheroff sits on numerous professional boards, committees, and associations within the world of medical education. He also has received the International Association of Medical Science Educators Distinguished Career Award for Excellence in Teaching and Educational Scholarship. Dr. Osheroff has published over 270 articles and has presented more than 400 scientific and educational talks in 37 countries.
