The Patricia A. Tietjen, MD Teaching Academy was established in 2021 with the distinct mission of offering an inclusive, interdisciplinary scholarly home for clinical educators across the Nuvance Health network. The Teaching Academy honors the legacy and noteworthy contributions of the late Dr. Tietjen, an ardent advocate for education within Nuvance Health.
