Better Leaders, Better Care: A Dissertation Milestone Worth Celebrating

This past spring marked an exciting academic milestone as Jeanne completed her Doctor of Education (EdD) degree at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She also successfully defended her dissertation on, Enhancing Clinical Leadership Skills: Impact of Rehabilitation Professionals’ Leadership Development. Jeanne described the journey as “both challenging and rewarding,” expressing gratitude for the family, friends, faculty, and peers who supported her throughout the process.
